The hotel staff were horrible and rude. When checking in the staff were having side conversations with each other. When we went down to get more bath towels the staff were very rude and didn't want to offer us what we needed.

The breakfast was very good, better than most breakfasts included with stay. We were very surprised and pleased. A good assortment of whatever you wanted.
Negatives:
We had a room for 5 so it would be nice if there were enough towels for that many provided at check in. Also Housekeeping only comes every other day which is fine but the linens and coffee should be stocked accordingly. Front desk is helpful, but you might not be able to get what you need right away
