Negatives:
Hate Nespresso in the room. Regular coffee was not offered in the Lobby. Did not try the dinning for morning coffee. I would leave each morning to go to coffee shop close by to take back to room. Ordered a $12 salad one evening and was charged $10 delivery fee, tax and $10.96 tip. The bath room doors were extremely noisy. Would not stay again for $1650.00 for a boring ground floor room.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Good location if you want to be near the harbour but a bit of a trek to the centre so might not be suitable for someone with restricted mobility who wanted to explore the tourist sights.
Negatives:
Coffee/tea facilities in room very poor, only 2 x coffee pods and 2x decaf tea bags, not even proper breakfast tea. Reception staff were not very attentive. Room service trolley from breakfast was outside our room when we arrived at 4pm, still there 24hrs later despite notifying reception, took 3 reports before it was removed. Spa charges $40pd/pp, would expect hotel of this calibre & cost to have decent coffee/tea and free entrance to spa.

Loved the location, just outside the north side. We were able to switch to a suite which made our stay more enjoyable. Very walkable.
Negatives:
The mean lady from the restaurant that said we couldn’t sit in the seats outside with our coffee and “outside” food, even though it was from the cafe that was attached to the hotel. We ate a quick breakfast sandwich and had been done eating for 30 mins when she came out. Said something about a license. Even though we were guest from the hotel, it was early in the morning, it was 50 degrees out and there was noooooo one else from the restaurant sitting out there.
Also the scent they have in the lobby is just not good!!!

The reception staff were not as welcoming and knowledgeable as they should have been. The hotel was very quiet and lacked atmosphere in the restaurant.
