Booked this hotel because of its proximity to Boston Logan Airport.
Negatives:
The layout of the first room I was assigned to was on the 21st floor. Upon opening the door, I was staring at a cement column which required me to enter the room sideways. The bed was no more than a foot away from the windows and the shower appeared to be nearly as close on the other side of the bed. In addition, $150 was charged to my credit card for "incidentals" and when I questioned this charge, I was told the amount would be refunded to the card in 5 to 7 business days. Given the state of technology in today's business world, rarely does a transaction take that long to process so I find the processing time unacceptable.

Positives:
Very nicely located 5 min from the airport but in walking distance even to North End. Rooms were very clean.
Negatives:
Pool visit required reservation, which is fine, but when arriving at the pool, there were no towels available. New towels were brought in a set of two every 5 min or so and gone in an instant as a lot of people were waiting. At the end we had to leave wet as we could not secure any towels during the time at the pool.
