Positives: Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was also to our liking.
Negatives: The main reason for our stay was an appt at dana Farber. We informed the front desk, used the shuttle, but when I returned, my family had been pushed out of our room :( I didn't realize that would happen. So we were scrambling and ultimately did not get a chance to leave housekeeping a tip and we are normally generous with these kinds of things.

Positives: Rooms were excellent. great breakfast and the attendant was wonderful. Sorry I don’t remember his name, but he was helpful and friendly to everyone. Free shuttle not hospitals and free parking were an incredible bo9nus!

Positives: Most of the staff was friendly. It was clean, and had a nice breakfast in the am.
Negatives: I didn't like the fact that there was an extra charge for over $200 on my credit card from their facility, and they absolutely refused to investigate it or refund me. I called many times and left messages for the hotel manager, and they never called me back. I would have given this place a 1 if the other staff wasn't so friendly.
