Positives: Absolutely nothing the place was a dump, dirty old nasty nothing worked just awful
Negatives: Did not like the place at all again it was dirty old appliance, not working. Bathroom was way too small wall damage. Nothing I liked about this place. It was a harbor experience but I was stuck there. If it wasnt so cold I wouldve slept in my car

Negatives: It was old and tired. I was in room 159 and it was very noisy. Only one window onto the busy hallway so I couldnt open the drapes and let any light into the room. Very dreary and disappointing.

Positives: Good location and they had a shuttle to the train bus station and also to the airport and the cruise ship
Negatives: The rooms were not clean enough. The girl that does the cleaning doesnt speak any English doesnt vacuum doesnt wipe up the floors. All she does is change the beds and put out the trash. Not sanitary at all.

Positives: Free bowling game next to the hotel. You can have boiled water and brewed coffee for free during the day at the cafeteria.
Negatives: The hotel is old and needs some renovation. The room has a smell of cigarettes even though the hotel is non-smoking. The breakfast area is over crowded. Need more space for the dining area. It was not mentioned that there is construction going on next to the hotel.

Negatives: There was no cold water for the entire third floor for the four days we spent there. I was afraid to shower because I thought I might be scalded. The faucet was loose and coming out. The halls smelled like urine.
