Cleanliness, the set up & amenities in the room & that I got a good price.
Negatives:
The pillows are ALL too soft! They need to have 1/3 be firmer for side sleepers. I didnt sleep well because of this. Also the place where I had Ty park to access the elevator has ZERO handicapped parking places & it was a painful walk for me!

Great location close to nearby stores and highways. Staff very accommodating.
Negatives:
Needs at least one small dresser or nightstand with drawers(for clothes or other items) Also food was good but should consider a flat rate $10-$12 per person for a buffet breakfast
