It was a man. There was a do not disturb sign on the door. They knocked on the door and opened the door. With our own key when we were in the room. It was a man. I want to know why this is happening and who is this person and how do you solve this problem, you ruined our entire vacation. I'm waiting for an answer and continue to struggle with this.
