There was no front desk staff available. No breakfast (although advertised as included) -- not even coffee! Despite a request for a first floor room near the door (for our pets), we had a 2nd floor room a long, long hallway from the elevator. This hotel appears to be mostly for immigrants, not tourists.

The only good thing there is parking.

Unbearable smell in the whole area of the hotel, especially in the room, as if a window had not been opened for 100 years.
There was a blockage in the toilet, they gave us a pump and told us to manage on our own.

The room had a strong smell of curry which didn’t go away after airing out the room. The kitchen exhaust hood was on permanently and could only be shut off at electrical panel. The refrigerator was noisy.

Nothing . They cancelled my reservation said booking . Com over booked them. Theee hours before I arrived I found out I had no place to go . I had a confirmation number and had spoken to them three days before to confirm.
