Positives: The manager at the desk was very nice and very attentive. She made sure to lets us know all the amenities the hotel had and made us feel like we part of the family. The breakfast was good and the area was clean.

Negatives: Our room was clean but the heater was a bit loud (it a clicking sound). Also, we were on the south side of the hotel and we heard the traffic all night. This was the 2nd time we were at the hotel, and the 1st time we were on the north side and didn't hear the traffic very much. Next time we visit, we will request a room on the north side.
