The whole lighting system in our room didnt function well. Bathroom lights kept going on and off. You were supposed to put a key in a slot and that would help the room to function. Never did understand how it worked. Very frustrating.

Excellent property @ a good value. No staff member appeared to be hungover.
Negatives:
The front desk staff was on their personal phones constantly. They did not answer the phone when I tried calling for a shuttle. I called 6 times from the airport. When I finally arrived there were 2 people at the front desk on their personal phones.
