Negatives: The only complaint were the pillows. They were so big and hard! We woke up with such a stiff neck that it made the next day unpleasant. It would have been better to sleep without.

Negatives: Hot tub was boarded up pool area was dirty Had to watch your stuff so you didn't trip on the broken concrete sidewalk

Negatives: The beds were horrible there were no vending machines stocked all out of everything. I will never stay at your hotel again literally my worst experience I've had an it was my daughter's birthday the staff was not welcoming at all

Negatives: Parking . Thought we were getting bridge view.

Negatives: They made us to pay extra amount than that showing in Booking.com

Negatives: Could have been cleaner,the heater didn't keep room very warmer floors weren't very clean I don't think I'd go back.

Negatives: First the front desk staff was very unfriendly. Then when paying for the room they added a $50 charge to it , saying it was some kind of deposit for the room after I already paid for the room , next the parking lot was way to small , had a hard time trying to get my truck into and out of the parking spot . Only two of the five vending machines work and the prices are so high that crazy , $2.75 for a candy bar . Then the breakfast in the morning was just nasty looking and there was no way I was eating anything from that room . Oh , forgot there was blood on the walls in the bathroom , the shower curtain rod was just barley hanging on the wall .

Negatives: The lady at check in was very rude, had to wait 5 minutes for her to come up. The breakfast was horrible there was expired yogurt in the fridge. The beds were very uncomfortable and the carpet was sticky to bare feet.

The male that worked there had to get ahold of the girl so she could come and help she asked my name and after I told her she said what in a rude tone because she obviously didnt understand me. The room looked way outdated then then pictures looked, when stepping on the carpet in the bedroom it was sticky to bare feet. The breakfast was morning special at all, there was outdated yoghurt in the fridge, the bagels and bread were just sitting open on a platter out in the air. After we were throwing our plates away we noticed sausages in an electric frying pan in the corner on a table. There were no eggs or fruits. The mattresses are hard as a rock. Very overpriced for the room and hospitality that you get.

Negatives: Bathroom seemed a little dated or dirty. There was a hole in the wall where the TV cable was coming out of that seemed a little sketchy.

Negatives: Our room was horrible every time you tried to use microwave circuit popped front desk told us to move microwave to new outlet. Still didn't work. There was NO water that came out of the showerhead. There was a curtain hook on the floor my 1 year old grandson stepped on and they did NOTHING to make anything right. HORRIBLE experience. Do NOT stay there

Negatives: The rooms need a good cleaning. There were stains on the carpet, especially around the little trash bin. The room also got extremely humid if the AC wasn't on full blast. Additionally, the toilet was not secured to the floor properly. The breakfast was adequate.
