The staff are all very sweet! I mean everyone from cleaning crew to the lady who fixes the breakfast. The breakfast was great also! But the hotel is gross. Mold in bathroom, nothing wiped down. Offered dishes to use in kitchen but had to wash them all first. Behind tv /dresser so much dust you could pick it up with your hand. Hot tub was dirty and cold. Colder than the small pool. Ketchup or some red food on the picture above couch.

Positives:
We liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the suburban showplace.
We forgot our toothpaste and the front desk had some for free, so that was nice.
Negatives:
There was not enough staff for as many people that were there over the weekend. There were no towels in the pool area multiple times. There was a line to even speak to the front desk multiple times, and multiple families walked out. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The eggs tasted like plastic. The hotel was very noisy the whole weekend.

Positives:
The rooms were spacious for a family of 6. Full refrigerator was very nice.
Negatives:
The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the room was empty. We have a room for 6 but only 3 towels in the room. When requesting towels for 2 days none were ever available so only 3 kids were able to take showers. Pool towels were never restocked. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. There was a pillowcase shoved in a drawer that was full of coffee grounds from a previous stay. Housekeeping didn't check the bathroom supplys or the drawers when cleaning from a previous stay.

I just really loved the bedding, the bed with the pillows and linens were top notch. Our room was clean bright spacious with a kitchenette. I'd stay there again in a flash.
Negatives:
I need those pillows in my life. I'm upset I couldn't bring the pillows home.
