The breakfast opfferings are basic but good. A big plus for the fresh berries and melon, along with other fruit at breakfast!
Negatives:
There are no restaurants within walking distance and no restaurant at the hotel. You really need to have your own car to get to a restaurant.

Great location and great place...
Positives:
Breakfast was decent. Bed had a reasonably good mattress on it. Did not stay long enough to evaluate pool or other amenities, but appeared clean and accessible. Room was very clean.

The personnel were not good at all. I had to call twice for shuttle service each time. The first time was from airport. The driver almost would not take us because he had not been notified to pick us up, grilling us if we were legitimate guests. When we checked in, I saw a note for shuttle service with my name on it. Was waiting to be called in it said. The lady checking us in has social interaction challenges. Before answering a question, she will stare off into space and think a bit before responding and then give an incomplete response, often stopping mid-sentence to think some more. She did this every interaction we had. When not answering the phone or checking in customers, she was, quite literally, curled up on a sofa behind the wall where the desk is drinking something. Not sure if she was a DEI hire, but appeared to be a socially challenged person...not a good choice for the front desk. Same day, called for shuttle from Mall of America and advised it is on the way. Nothing for 20-25 minutes, so called again to check and said it had just picked up people from the airport and on the way. The driver, without our prompting, said he was glad for the call because he was just walking around the hotel property, bored, with nothing to do when she told him to pick us up. Again...how hard is it to follow through on a shuttle request?! And then lied about why it wasn't there! Such a decent hotel with good price...but absolutely horrible customer-facing employees.

Great quick stay! Clean room, close to the airport. Good breakfast with hot oatmeal, scrambled eggs, yougurt, fruit etc. If you are leaving your car in their parking lot, it’s $10 per day and free shuttle will pick you up to and from the airport - very convenient.

Positives:
Room size and amenities are great. Modern and well furnished rooms. Fruit in the lobby to munch on was nice, since I didn't have time for breakfast.
Negatives:
Didn't like to have to pay for parking, especially since you had to do it online, separate from the hotel bill. Unfortunately, I had to leave at 5am so I couldn't stay for breakfast which starts at 6:30 am.

Short but sweet
Positives:
Joy at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in reserving a 2nd night stay for me that I was unable to do previously. She was super helpful and told us about the shuttle to the mall. Jenny was absolutely amazing the next day as well! Jenny was as helpful as Joy and helped us secure the shuttle to and from the mall. Both ladies and the rest of the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was delicious! our room was clean and comfortable.
