Great staff, had to call upon a maintenance guy to clear the sink drain and clean the aircon/heater filters. He was professional and friendly, accomplished both tasks quickly and thoroughly.

The message light was flashing and couldn't be turned off...
Then, at 4:20 AM and again at 4:25 AM, we received automated wakeup calls -- which we had NOT requested. Fortunately we were able to get back to sleep.

The room was clean and the layout organized for easy expected access to items. I like the bed not having too thick of comforter like other places, And we appreciate cleaning staff honoring our request to not cleaning room when staying 3 days.
