I rented a room specifically for a spa tub because my other half has major health problems. Only to find out there were none at this place of business. I was told by them that booking dot com is fully aware of this but refuses to change there description of there business. So tell me whose response able. Were both on disability and can't afford these luxury's I feel we should be reimbursed or be given what we were told that.actually exsisted it was in all a terrible lie it seems.

I have stayed at a few different hotels in Eagan, however I get the best nights sleep at Best Western.
Negatives:
The only issue, but just a small one, was that certain channels were not coming in on the TV. Not sure if it was a satellite issue. The staff tried to remedy the issue but was not able to. Again just a small issue.

Booking .com said that there was a jacuzzi tub in room there was not and the staff informed use that booking. Com was asked to take it off the amenities of the room but had not removed it very disappointed with booking.com
