Positives:
The decorations in the hallway were really awesome. It was great to go somewhere that wasn't just a hallway with rooms off of it.
Negatives:
Pool and hot tub heaters were down. They knew they were down and didn't say anything and didn't plan on even checking to get them fixed until Monday.

The desk clerk was friendly upon check in. The bathroom and room were clean. Nice clean fridge and coffee maker with four complimentary k pods.
Negatives:
Our room was pretty far from the entrance even though it was a handicapped room. The shower had very hot water and we were unable to find a comfortable temp. The shower didnt drain and started to flood the bathroom. Upon check out the lobby was so full with Girl Scouts selling cookies and another event going on in the attached room to the lobby. This hotel is a very large facility catering more to events than just individual travelers. Limited parking for handicapped, we ended up having to park on the other side hotel.
