Clean modern room.

Computer system was broken down for my entire 3-day stay. They were unable to issue room keys, so to get into any guest room, I had to report into the front desk to be escorted to my room by the front desk staff. No lids for the coffee cups.

The key making system was down all weekend I had to have employees escort me to my room every time I needed to get in my room. At one point I waited almost an hour for staff to come from outside and the other one from I don’t know where to get in very frustrating and not happy

Positives:
NO carpeting. All hard surfaces. Feels much cleaner than hotels with stained outdated flooring. Nice modern vibe. Big walk in shower.

The property was very clean. The problem was the room they first gave us was never cleaned. The second room had no hand soap in the container and we didn't know till very late to contact management,we were at a concert before retiring to our room.
