They charged me twice for one night stay on 2 different cards. They do not reply to my email, nor they answer my phone call. After several words they hanging down the phone. I am still struggling to let them to refund me!!! Please refund me!!!

A neat hotel, have stayed there multiple times. Love the bar on site, the pool side rooms and the seating out in the surrounding pool area.
Negatives:
Curtains were filthy. Desk all scratched up (realize you cant change a desk out every single time a disrespectful customer ruins it though). Hate to pool area difficult to open, pool area seemed worn and in need of an update. Breakfast options were lacking.
