No towels no toiletries, when I asked for some the staff was rude and changed us to a different one, only one towel. Again the lady at front fest held at me and told me that I could leave.

Very loud guests. On our hall. We called and complained but unfortunately the loud noises went on all throughout the night. The room was not the cleanest, and needed some updating. Our floor was very soft in places, as if it had been flooded before. Made it a little scary walking around the room. The whole place could use a facelift.

The staff was wonderful and the place was clean except for the pool and we never saw anyone cleaning it. It was filthy. The beds were so uncomfortable that both my granddaughter and I woke up with backaches. Could not sleep another night as we were both very crippled up.
