The staff at the front...

Check-in and check-out were easy breezy. The staff was nice, and everything met our needs for a one night stay passing through. We didn't have to go too far off the highway, which was a plus!
Negatives:
The only real issue we ran into was with the room key. The key card didn't work the first time we went to the room. We were able to get that fixed right away, though. The shampoo bottles were a bit on the small side. There were two soaps and two shampoos, but no conditioner. That was kind of a bummer.

The Room looked very nice it had a nice TV. The bed was nice and clean. I loved that it had hard wood floors that was a bonus for me.

I didn't like the fact that the bed looked like it was so soft but it was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn't not as clean as the room was. The shower was dengy the toilet had poop in it and was horrible.

I am not sure only saw lobby.

We were driving 7 hours I called the Inn and it was not ready because of water leak that they knew of since the day before. Frustrated and tired! Just want a room with a shower! They needed to tell us because now we needed to find a new room! Trying to find a room during Christmas was a pain. Will not go to a Roadway Inn Again!
