The property was nice and conveniently located.

The place needs a sprucing up. One of the elevators was broken, the carpets in the halls looked pretty bad, and honestly the rooms could have been cleaner- especially for the price! Our room smelled like someone spilled air freshener - it was overwhelming. The walls were dirty in obvious spots and there were small things like broken outlets and shower handles that are an easy fix. Not my favorite place.

One room had no towels, and there were none left in the hotel. When we checked in, there was a pile of towels/cleaning rags that housekeeping had left in the middle of the floor. The room key locks to outside doors were broken, so anyone could’ve come in. No air circulation in the pool area-basically a sauna with a water view

The bathroom had mold along with a broken shower. The nightstand was broke and the pillows were very flat. When inquiring about laundry bags, the lady states they do not have any.

The pool was nice, the beds were comfortable. The room was decently sized.
Negatives:
The hot tub was cold and they said they thought it was broken once we called and asked. We were not told ahead of time, only paid the high price for it, and it didn’t work. The hot tub was also dirty. The front desk woman was rude. The bath tub stopper was hanging off the wall. No complimentary breakfast. The WiFi was not free. It wanted you to be an honor member to access it. So we had no WiFi. Will not stay here again.
