Negatives: bug in OJ clear liquid in coffee creamer noisy AC overall all appearance of facility "tired" police presence outside and inside - unsettling

Negatives: The room was not clean. The carpet was dirty and heavily stained. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging across the shower rail when we arrived. Around the bottom of the toilet had not been cleaned. The lid to the tank on the toilet was not the right kind of lid, so it didn't fit and only rested on the top. The phone was missing most of its buttons, so we had no way of calling the front desk when to find out if the fire alarm that was sounding was a false alarm or not. The only reason I didn't leave and demand a refund is we had been on the road for 14 hours, and I was give slam out. The bed was clean, and there were no bugs, so we stayed. But never again.

Negatives: Hallways are tiny. Mini fridge has spills from previous use. Bathrooms could be cleaner, like the attention to detail was lot a factor. Not impressed with this Hilton Inn location

Negatives: Having to change rooms three times. The dirtiness. The old yogurt. The lack of upkeep on this building

Negatives: Very tired when we arrived at Hampton Suites by Sheraton in Jackson, MS after a long drive. Was given an occupied room . Used key to enter room. Went fully into room and female was in the bed and started yelling. We left room immediately. Very embarrassing encounter and could had become dangerous entering an occupied room. Scared the occupant. Went back to desk to report incident. Was given another room. Was in room for 2.5 hrs. Had unpacked and showered and went got in bed. Got up to use bathroom. Used the toilet and then tried to flush and there was very little water in toilet tank and handle was broken on toilet. Toilet was completely broken. Called desk clerk from room to report toilet wasn’t working. She said maintenance was not on property. Had to pack up everything around 10:30 pm and be moved to another room. Also discovered trash can was not emptied in room. Didn’t sleep well at all that night. Had to check out next day and had a very long road trip ahead with no sleep at Hampton. At check out asked to speak with management. Assistant manager was in office but was told manager will be in the next hour and only management could allow for adjustment of billing. Had to get on road and couldn’t wait another hour. Left my contact phone number with desk clerk. I was billed fully on my credit card. Now I am back home 24 hrs later. Has not received any call from hotel management. Used booking.com for the stay. No adjustment done to billing at this time. Most horrible experience for a one night stay at a hotel. Will not use Hampton Inn Suites ever again.
