Convenience. I was a 5 minute from 90% of the places I wanted or needed to go.

I asked for a handicap accessible room as I was traveling with my 88 year old mother. No showers were available and there were no grab bars in the tub. Im not certain what made the room handicap accessible other than the buzzer and plaque.

The location was good and close to everything, I did not eat the breakfast.
Negatives:
I think that the hotel could have been a little nicer for the price. Maybe more amenities in the room as an incentive. But the accommodations were fine and the rooms were large and comfortable.
