The unprofessional staff.Front desk person with liquor bottle outside. A female who I thought was a friend of the front desk guy was actually an employee or manager who propped herself up and sat on the front desk.Really? Dirty halls, elevator. Yuck

Then entry is hard to find. Need a lower sign. There is only one entrance and confusing to exit. The parking lot needs repavement.

The front-desk staff were phenomenal, as well as the kitchen staff the next morning. Everyone was kind and polite, and the breakfast was actually quite good and plentiful

Getting to the hotel was difficult as there are one-way streets and no clear delineation of where the road for the hotel property starts and where the dental office ends.
Separate and apart from anything was the room. The bathroom was terribly filthy. I had to clean it up myself, as I had just unloaded everything from an entire day of traveling and didnt want to move rooms. The toilet paper holder was destroyed and barely holding on to the wall. It was clear there was no cleaning done by evidence of dust and debris in the corners of the bathrooms. The ottoman thats stored between the two beds and under the nightstand in the middle was stained and I was afraid to use it, or even touch it.

This is a very nice hotel for the price. It's clean, updated and close to MSU campus. We will make this our go-to when we are visiting our son at school

Maintenance issue. The shower drain was completely clogged with standing water. There was no maintenance staff on site so we had to wait until the on-call person came in after 10:30 pm.

Our hotel room was not very clean, hair was left in the bathroom. The hotel is under going a remodel, so it was somewhat inconvenient.

Once got into the room it was very nice.

First floor was under a remodel so it was a mess. Hallways were hot.
