The location was good with several food options close by. The pool area was well kept and the breakfast options were adequate. Staff was helpful with an issue we had in our initial room.
Negatives:
Initial room had a fridge that didn't work (and the room seemed slightly unkept). The staff was able to move us to a different room with a working fridge. When checking out housekeeping entered our room before we were fully sure we had everything.

The a/c did not work at all. The room was filthy. I got in late due to traveling and was too tired to deal with reporting the broken a/c. Breakfast was disappointing. The pool closes early and reopens after check out time. I really wanted to use the pool and it was the entire reason I booked this hotel.

It was convenient to our travel.

The room was not clean! The tub was stained, there was hair in the sink, the coffee maker had residue in it so badly that we could not use it.
The floor was sticky, the air conditioning unit make terrible noises all night.
The couch cushions had holes in them. And the sheets had holes in them.
It is supposed to be a non smoking building but the smell of marijuana was prevalent, walking down the hallway to our room.
I booked the room online and pre-paid for it, and could not get out of it otherwise we would have left.
