I liked it better when children were not allowed. We couldnt use the downstairs pool for swimming or walking as children commandeered the pool. The menu in dining room and bar was very limited. The drinks were great! There was nit enough time.

Positives:
We had a parlor suite on the 5th floor, and I absolutely loved the room, it was perfect for us since only 1 of us is an early riser. We also love the outdoor hot tub, and the pool area downstairs. The room service breakfast was great!
Negatives:
The elevators were broken for the duration of our visit, and since we were on the 5th floor, it was pretty inconvenient. On the bright side, we did get out steps in while we were there! We really enjoy the outdoor hot tub and the indoor pool and hot tub. The downstairs pool and hot tub area could use a good powerwashing, especially by the steps. We love the facility, it could just use a little attention to detail. One other issue was that the jetted tub in our room needs attention. When we turned on the jets, it sprayed chunks of black mold into the bath, so we had to get out immediately. Since the tub was very slow to drain, we could never really get those chunks out of the tub, even with the shower on. We were in room 524.

Positives:
Room is clean and comfortable. Indoor lap pool/hot tub are nice. Lobby has several seating areas. Breakfast/coffee cafe is good and not too overpriced. Most staff were very helpful. Restaurant is extremely overpriced, but knew this from previous stay.
Negatives:
Arrived an hour early and was promised check-in by 4pm, but room wasn't ready until 10 minutes after 4 because it was being inspected (this delay really upset me). Bed is comfortable but sags in middle, which creates issues for tummy sleepers.
