Loved it. The people were so nice. The location was great. Not too expensive. Felt like home away from home.

The bathroom door was trashed. It was held together by 15-20 screws. The bottom area of this door was hollow. There were 2-holes in the sheetrock walls. Multiple gray and red stains in carpet. Room smelled like cat urine. I took photos of room problems.

I enjoyed the room we stayed in and the area that we were in. It was quiet and the other people that were staying at the hotel as well were very nice and respectful.

I did not like the fact that staff working that night did not let me check in for a whole 2 hours before i checked in. They ere giving me and my boyfriends problems the whole stay because of our ages.

Great location right off the interstate, quiet location, very friendly staff, great price for the comfortable stay. Front desk staff was attentive and friendly. We felt welcome and taken care of from the moment we walked in! Easy to get what we needed, like cutlery and toothpaste.
Negatives:
A/C system in the room was a little loud, but worked perfectly fine. Some of the hallways near exits smelled like smoke, but nothing that was over the top or bothersome to us. The pocket door to the bathroom had a broken lock but we managed.

Room had a large leak in the ceiling due to flooding in the room above. Staff was friendly and apologetic, moved us right alway. However, we were moved to a different type of room, different than what was booked, and there was no AC unit in the bedroom.
