Very good
Positives:
There were several restaurants and stores within a 2-3 mile area. The room was large and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very typical of what I would expect. It had both hot and cold items.
Negatives:
The breakfast area tables could be wiped down more often. We were one of the first ones downstairs in the morning and there were crumb's on the tables from people hanging out the night before. We had a broken window shade in our room. It would not completely close. We mentioned it to the reception desk, but it never did get fixed.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, pool was nice
Negatives:
Breakfast is not great - they have waffle makers but if you dont want a waffle the other food is pretty lousy.

We didn’t have power both nights we stayed, maintenance “fixed” but the lights proceeded to cut off

Mattress was too firm, very hard. Sink was clogged and disposal not working. Previous occupants trash still on garbage can. Not enough towels. No safe for high valued items. Desk lamp was not working. Both bedside lamps had inoperable usb ports.

Used washcloth in shower. Filthy toilet. Filthy bathroom floor. Broken window shades. Lazy desk attendant laying on the couch watching videos when I approached the desk. Took her 30 seconds to even acknowledge I was standing there.

Negatives:
The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet. My family are skinny people and we hated getting changed in the bathroom. This was not a 4 person room by any stretch of the imagination. This was a room for a couple with two toddlers or one kid max.
