Positives: We really felt welcomed, comfortable and appreciated! The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy and everything is super clean with the softest towels we have had in a hotel in years! We had a long day Saturday and just as we were about to head to the room we got a call that a water line broke and we had to change rooms and the staff did everything possible to make it as quick and easy as could be!
