I did not like having to keep the shades down because our window faced a parking garage. We had no daylight. And the self-park parking garage we paid for had very narrow spaces, and was open to the street without visible security.

The staff were friendly. The Room was clean. The location next to the hospital was convenient.
Negatives:
The parking situation is not good. There should be better access to the hotel from the parking garage. The breakfast was $14.50 each. Other Hilton proprieties in the same price range offer the same breakfast complementary.

They canceled our first night of reservations even though we told them when we booked that we were driving through the night and would not be there until the early morning hours. The front desk manager who we felt with when we got there was hateful & rude

Very convenient location. Be aware that the bridge to hospital closes at 5pm.

One of the dirtiest places I have ever stayed at. Bathroom sink had mucous from previous guest. Toilet seat had pee all over. They sent someone to clean it for me. The person used the same rug to clean the toilet first and then the sink and bathtub. I had to buy cleaning products at a store nearby to clean the bathroom myself properly.
