Everything else. The place is a dump. I have stayed at extended stays a bit in my life. Sorry this place just is not that. Several times throughout the night a man kept beating on the door in the room above me. The smoke alarm battery was chirping. Apparently the lobby closes at 11 pm. I guess the door at least had locks on the inside of the room.
I will not ever be staying here again.

Besides the cleanliness, the individuals roaming around at all hours. Not to mention, the lobby closes at 11:00. We accidentally locked our key in our room and waited quite a while for a staff member to answer us.

Unsafe. Copa called 3 times during the night. Fight screaming people "help me". Floors were absolutely filthy! I asked for a broom to sweep up the cereal and dirt I don't think think place is suitable for anyone AND think I should be refunded partially if nor fully. This was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in and I and a frequent traveler in many states and overseas
