The breakfast was very good and the service staff were exceptional.
Negatives:
I felt the overall condition of the facility was dated. Carpets need replacing. The a/c in our room was hard to adjust. Would work for a while and kept needing readjusting. The overhead garage door needs to be painted a reflective paint especially on the inside. Poor lighting and hard to see. Customer need to be told up front of the parking fees.

I loved the shower and the spacious bathroom. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The room didn't have a microwave and I requested a room with a view and we got a view of the interstate. The beds were just ok. The pillows smelled of previous guests.

We like the the view of the arch from our room. The room and bathroom were a good size.

The parking. I wish there was more information about the parking garage. Our truck was not able to fit in it. It was a good thing there was a small lot off to the side to park in.
