Paid extra to be in a room with veiw and a little nicer room and we was in a ran down room nothing like the pictures I paid extra for

Lady at check in was nice. Shuttle goes to airport every 30 minutes.

Old and dirty. Needs an upgrade. People in hallway at 4am yelling and laughing.

As good as this room looks I Can't believe they do NOT provide mini fridge and Microwave in each room. Also there is NO Microwave available if you have to warm something up. Also the Ice Machine on my floor was NOT working.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the staff (from the prompt and friendly airport van driver to the front desk staff and even greated by the front desk Mgr. Then the fresh Starbucks complimentary coffee (no waiting in the airport long line).

The front desk staff are beyond rude, the loud construction noise woke me up everyday at 5am, changed rooms twice when I checked bc first two were dirty I will not be back here.

The construction was a bit of a mess for getting in and out, but not something can be done until it's done.

Room is as bare bones as possible. No microwave. No fridge. Absolutely no amenities. Extremely dated. $16 per day to park. 1 mile down the road is $9 per day.

The first room that I was put into the paint was chipping from the ceiling and in the bathtub. The front desk told me that they were fully booked and I couldnt be moved. I received a call to be moved to another room with toilet paper under the bathroom v
