The shower head was falling out of the wall and the water pressure was weak... the windows and TV were wiped but not cleaned (as of done with a dirty towel) and the coffee maker didn't have the part that holds the coffee so we had to go out for coffee!

Dated rooms with peeling wallpaper, no assistance offered to get our luggage to our room. Staff was not rude but not overly helpful either. Overall, it's not worth the price tag. I have stayed in much less expensive hotels with much nicer amenities and staff.

The first room wasnt clean and the toilet over flowed as soon as my daughter flushed it I called and they told me it could be up to 2 hours before someone could look at it. This was 20 mins after we checked in. I asked if we could be moved to a different room and was told no. I went down and talked to front desk and they finally moved us room. The new room was much better but we left for dinner to come back to house keeping had entered the room after we had the do not disturb sign on the door and our floor by the widows were soaked with water from the heater /A/C leaking on the floor were our luggage was set resulting in our stiff being wet and a funny smell from the water. The carpet continued to be wet the entire stay.
