Staff was horrible. I was even willing to pay for an extra night but they kicked me out of my room when I had done nothing wrong. When asked about a late stay I was hung up on and management was extremely rude and unhelpful. I cannot believe this is how they run their hotel.

Room smelled like smoke!! Staff at front desk said there were no other rooms. NO rooms should smell like smoke unless it's smoking room. When we went to open the window, part of the window frame fell off!
Phone in room didn't work so we kept having to go down to front desk and were told by associate it must not work because "I didn't get a call." Since there was only 1 towel in the bathroom, we had to go to front desk to ask for additional ones to shower. Elevator is so slow that we usually took the stairs as we went back and forth (even with luggage) to the front desk from 4th floor.
One of the worst stays I've had in a hotel in long time. Very disappointed. Had stayed at La Quinta years ago near Hollywood Amphitheatre and it was very nice. This was not at all the same. We told staff at front desk we expected an adjustment on the price; he took down my name and contact info. We checked out almost 12 hrs ago and haven't heard anything. Hope to talk with someone tomorrow.

The breakfast was terrible. Out of everything, not a good selection. It was loud and smelled like weed 24/7. Someone was jiggling our door handle on the last night several times. The tv didn’t work half the time. The room wasn’t very clean. A few lamps in our room didn’t work.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel and the bed was very comfortable.

I did not like that my hotel room had dirt tissue on the roll. There was something “brown” I threw the entire roll away. When I called for more towels I was told they were being clean with laundry and would brought up but never received them. Breakfast was ok. To receive a waffle it took over 30 minutes because the line was so long. I just disregarded the want for one. Maybe another waffle make would cut down time. Staff was not as welcoming as I’d hope. Also the outside sitting area was FULL of bird feces.
