Positives: nice staff who handled our needs

Negatives: Air conditioner didn’t appear to be working well but got someone to check it. Carpet was wet in 2 places and had to get towels to mop it up. Allowed kids to kids to play basketball after 11:00 pm which could be heard 4 floors away.

Negatives: Only fitted sheet on the mattress. Bathroom had a strange odor. Shower curtain not long enough and alot of water on bathroom floor. Door to room was loud when opening and closing, door too tight, needed adjusting for easier open and close.
