Between Sunday, May 19th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, May 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, May 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.
