Was fairly clean. TV was good.

Location, staff, room. This is a $---room at best.
Negatives:
Old, rundown, worn-out carpet, outdated furnishings, no elevator. The lobby wreaked of Marijuana, musty smell, filthy HVAC unit, holes in sheets, encasement on the box spring had stuff on it that would probably illuminate under a black light. NASTY.

The employee when checking in was friendly and polite made checking in fun and easy.
Negatives:
After leaving Days Inn they attempted 9 times to charge me for the rooms Inpaid for. When calling them about it I was treated like I was dumb and told they werent trying to charge me when I had the proof in front of me.

Nothing negative happened in the run down hotel. Breakfast , not bad.

Smelled bad, holes in carpet throughout facility and very dirty, could not turn on heater because sent in air smelling like cigarettes, expired yogurt at breakfast, had to pay twice since PayPal payment made earlier on Booking app did not show up on reservation.

This facility needs to either lower price or remodel. Hostel would have been better and 1/4 of price

The breakfast was great compared to other places with variety. The beds & pillows were comfy. It was very quiet.

The bathroom needed some updates & fresh paint. Carpet in hallways & stairs needs updated or cleaned real good.

Room small and electric cover missing on outlet and bathroom stool ran all night as it had a bowl leak. Breakfast was ok except they ran out of coffee and employees filling their coffee cups when fresh was supplied before guests we able to get some. Breakfast room very small to eat in as group that were staying the night did not have a lot of room.

No elevator.We had to drag large bags up the stairs. We are 79 years old. No place to park because so many rigs parked longways across several spots. We had to park in a reserved spot because there was nothing else. Staff had a Oh, Well,too bad attitude.

They gave us a different room than we had paid for and when I immediately brought up the situation I was told by the desk clerk that it was the only room available and that there was nothing they could do and if I wasn't happy I could contact booking.com with my concerns so I did and between customer service and the hotel they said we could leave and I would just get a refund. Anyway we stayed and I said to the customer service rep that I would deal with it after my vacation and so I did call back a week later at which time booking.com got a hold of the hotel and they committed to giving me a full refund for the problems they had occurred and here it is a month later and I have yet to receive the refund I was promised !
