Negatives:
Old, rundown, worn-out carpet, outdated furnishings, no elevator. The lobby wreaked of Marijuana, musty smell, filthy HVAC unit, holes in sheets, encasement on the box spring had stuff on it that would probably illuminate under a black light. NASTY.
Positives:
Clean and staff was friendly
Negatives:
Construction going on that started too early in the room above us I think.
