Room was dirty and there was a loud noise that would periodically come out of nowhere and wake me up. It would continue for about 5- 10 minutes then turn off.

the spa tub did not hold water and the cold water in the tub did not work, the Jets on the spa tub would not turn off and the hand held shower came apart as soon as the water was turned on and the wind whistled in the window all day and night

well, my room was right above the trash receptacles. rather unsightly. plenty of room on the property so make a trash area on the northwest corner..
