Hampton Inn By Hilton Bellevue

Negatives: No A/C Friday night. Was not offered another room. Everything shook when you walked on the floor. Elevators were shaky.

Negatives: I booked a room & upon my arrival I was told the hotel was oversold & I had no room. There was a terrible rain storm happening & it was very late in the evening. I was forced to find alternative lodging even though the rest of my family had rooms here. I will NEVER stay at a Hampton again. The staff did not offer to help me find another room. They just stood & stared at me. I hope the rest of the guests had more help than what I got. It was very disappointing.

Negatives: Need a better breakfast, cold coffee in the afternoon.

Negatives: Our check in took over 50 minutes, just waiting. Later, we tried to make a purchase from the store, had to also wait about 10 minutes for the front desk representative to return. They left a sign that stated they were away from the desk, and they would be back no later than 10 minutes. It is unacceptable to not have someone at the front desk. I took a business card from the desk and emailed the regional manager with my concerns- crickets. The rooms were dated, especially the bathroom. Water damage peeled the wallpaper, missing tile at the baseboard, and holes in the wall where the toilet paper holder had fallen off and replace below the holes. Yellowing and dirt around the seams of the shower, sink faucet had severe water residue and stains. I will not be staying here again.

Negatives: The facet at the sink in the bathroom of the room I was in caused water to go all over counter. Room312

Negatives: Nothing that I didn't like. If I were to try and make a list it would just be nitpicky and ridiculous.

Negatives: Pool was closed and no notice prior to check in

Negatives: We were not told the pool was being serviced and unavailable. I always pick a hotel with a pool for my daughter. We were allowed to visit a pool at another hotel a little over a mile away but it was 33 degrees outside. Not a great resolution. I would have chosen another hotel or asked for a lower rate.

Negatives: We booked two rooms and when we got there they only had one. With only one bed. We had seven people and the sleeping plans were awful. Water park… the hattub didn’t work.

Negatives: Put me in a different room, saying it would cost $100 less but still charged me the original amount. I had to leave a day early because of a family emergency but was still charged for an extra night I wasn't there for.

Negatives: property was ok
