When we had a problem In the room they were quick to fix it and resolve the issue. They were also very friendly.

Rooms size was great and loved the kitchen area with the microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot and cook ware! All the comforts of home!

Would have loved a free breakfast or an option to buy some type of breakfast/ coffee stop inside the hotel.

The rooms are so spacious. There is plenty of space for 4 people, though it was only my husband and myself on this trip. I love the fact they offer a sharing item space that had crockpots, etc. if needed. The lady at check-in offered the rewards program. At first, I said no thanks but sent my husband down to join after we saw the room. We are loyal rewards members with another hotel chain but will use this program as well.
The bathroom was large, too! I'm a products person and usually my stuff is crammed together on the counter, but I had plenty of space to get ready.

I love the extended stay hotels because I enjoy cooking for my family so I can utilize that money for activities. You can borrow items such as crock pots, board games, soccer balls, and they also provide life vests for children in the pool area.
Negatives:
One thing I dont enjoy about these properties are the induction stove tops, they are hard to use and scorch the pans easily.
