Negatives:
The beds were hard, TV volume was breaking up, alarm clock had to be unplugged because it was making a static noise. My husband is tall and the knob to adjust the height of the shower head was broken couldn't raise it up.

I don't know about all the rooms, but my room didn't have a tub, just a shower. I really prefer baths. Not the hotel fault, assumed all hotels had tub/showers. I'll double check next time.

We extended our stay but we had to switch rooms and the second room was dirty and smelled. The hot tub was out of order and the washing machine didnt work and there was no sign on it to let anyone knkw

The handy accessibility room was small for two queen size beds. The seat in the shower could use some special attention. They did not have WiFi to do work on my computer.

The room next door had an extremely strong smell of marijuana coming out of it and filling the hallways and more importantly our room. We called front desk to report it and they informed us many guests had already complained but nothing was done about it

The breakfast food was average at best. The breakfast attendant was absolutely wonderful. The hot tub is drained and a sign that states that the hot tub is out of order and will be fixed soon. Not soon enough for me to use it as I was only staying 1 day
