Positives:
The room was clean, and noises were at a minimum. There were two grocery stores, a target, and several restaurants in the immediate area.
Negatives:
The T.V. and phone in our room did not work. Waited behind another guest at desk who also had a broken T.V. He was told to wait a day for maintenance. We were given another room. Posted times for breakfast didn't match what check-in clerk told us.

Room size was spacious and comfortable. Nice to have a separate couch area. The staff were all super friendly and helpful! Ill name the check in staff, the breakfast person and the maids all specifically. Will stay there again.
Negatives:
Breakfast was mostly carbs (cereal, toast, biscuits and gravy), although I did have bananas In yogurt.

Comfortable bed & ice water cooler near entry
Negatives:
Pencil size hole in wall at suspicious location facing a bed , we plugged it with gum & tissue. Pool looked like there was a turd in it. Apparently the shower leaked below. When I took a shower someone knocked on the door and asked if everything was OK. Elevator was dingy, corrosive metal showing at edge.

For the price you pay it should of been nicer.

There was literally nothing I liked about this hotel.
Negatives:
Parking is a joke,the surrounding area is spotty, depressed. The elevator is shabby and makes a ton of noise. There is missing trim around some of the doors. Our room was worn-looking. Shower rod hanging by a thread. In short, the New Victorian is dumpy.
