Facility was close to conference.
Negatives:
The room appeared clean until I went to shower and there were multiple pubic hairs in the shower. There was trash between the wall and the desk, the desk, and the floor had something sticky I stepped in. The hotel is nice but very dated. The ice machine on my floor was broken and the next floor up was dirty. One of the elevators was in rough shape and shook and stalled when going up, I honestly thought I was going to be trapped in it. The bar/restaurant staff was less than helpful gave us menus to order then left us for more than 20 mins while they both took the trash out. Overall I was less than impressed with the embassy.

The paid parking almost caused me to down grade my rating. We scanned the QR Code they gave us to pay for parking and our credit card was immediately compromised. We had two charges within seconds of each other from questionable sites. Our card was blocke

When we got up in the morning to shower we were kind of on a time crunch. But when we got in the shower the drain was slow and the tub filled as we showered

The bed was as hard as a rock. I didn't appreciate having to pay for parking.

Rooms are fantastic, albeit a bit noisy with sounds from the atrium. Great location. Breakfast food was wonderful.

The morning omelette cook needs to go. He may be a wonderful cook, but has no business interacting with guests. Witnessed him being flat out rude to multiple guests in line who didn't communicate the way he wanted them to. Extremely unprofessional.

bathtub had black long hair in the tub/shower wall and a small black hair ball(human) stuck on the comforter, no clock and the iron board almost collapsed. Elevators were trashed, I did report it

The room is spacious. The complementary happy hour and snacks is great. The made it order breakfast was delicious.

Called before and was told there is a hot tub with the pool. There is no hot tub. Pool needs cleaned better. Have to ask the staff for a specific key to use the fitness room.

the price was good for a two room suite and made to order omelet ad two complimentary drinks.

The tissue box had 2 tissues in it. We had to go back down to get our welcome bag. Have carts available to use for luggage.
