Fun games in the lobby! Supersized connect four, ping pong, etc.
Negatives:
The food is ridiculously priced. ($5 for a small bag of chips!)
The room was not cleaned well. There was either chocolate or blood smeared on the outlet in the bathroom, the wall by the door and the peep hole. There was also a plastic bag (like a produce bag) over the smoke detector.
The pool was the perfect temperature BUT there were white flakes in the water (&all over us after jumping in). We assumed they were paint chips.
You have to pay $15 every 24 hours for parking.
The bathroom door was broken and would not close completely.

Parking cost money despite it seeming like free parking. the continental breakfast ran out of food quickly and when asked about the sausage they said they ran out and are saving some for a big group arriving the next day far we checked out.

I liked that the property offered 2 king beds in the room. The wellness aspect of the hotel was a nice touch.
Negatives:
The customer service was not good. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people staying there and was very short when asked any kind of service related questions. Our room was street side and very loud. The guests above us sounded like they were constantly stomping or moving furniture around. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 7:00 am and the kitchen staff was not prepared. Water and ice machine on 2nd floor is broken but there was no note or instructions on where to find water and ice. Upon checking out the staff made no effort to ask how our stay was. I am typically a Hilton or Marriott customer and that is where I will be keeping my service.

Nice furnishings and beds. Loved the workout/yoga equipment in the room with video instruction.
Negatives:
Unfriendly messaging from the start, rude staff, did not get the room I booked and was treated like that was my fault. And VERY LOUD partying nextdoor with no staff intervention. All this in a crappy, unsafe part of town with extra charges to park. We won’t be back.
