Negatives:
I made the reservation two weeks or more in advance to stay with the rest of my family. We drove 2 1/2 hours just to be told they gave my room away. I was stunned because I called to confirm my reservation at 3:30 the same day and Jessica told me that it was confirmed. She told me they were going to place us in another hotel across town. I said that was not going to work because we specifically booked at hotel to stay with the family. She was at the desk and there was a man standing there that looked like maybe he was a supervisor that was glaring at us, making us kind of uncomfortable. They ended up getting us a room that was smaller at the hotel but we had to wait until 9:30 pm to get placed in that room. When we went upstairs to get into the room, the keys did not work for the room and we ended up walking down downstairs, not once but twice to get a new key because it would not open the room door. I thought this was not a good choice for hotel, and they were very rude.

The beds are uncomfortable. The sofa bed creaked when you movr. The aircondition was very loud and you can hear the trafffic outside.
The bathtub faucet leaks while overhead shower is on so too much wasted water. No sockets near rhe bed

Location, suite a great room for us and grandkids, clean, comfortable beds. The lady that heads cleaning (Anna) is awesome, so friendly, obviously like her job, customer service. She is an asset

Pool had to be cleaned so closed several hours, disappointed kids but they let them go swim next door.
