This was by far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I slept like garbage. Pool was over capacity and no towels either day. Main level hall slick with water as there were no towels. Pool was foggy. Childrens skin/eyes was burning.

Nothing. I had a horrible experience. I only stayed one night, out of the three I had reserved.
Negatives:
The staff tried to extort money out of me, by claiming my dog barked and made excessive noise, which never happened. They tried to charge me $250 for my dog, The room had bed bugs, and the staff was rude to me when I reported it to them.

It was in a decent location and not far from the job site.
Negatives:
Told I couldn't have a room on the top floor because I wasn't a diamond member TV in the room didn't work correctly most of channels spoke Spanish and they were blasting "Fox News" lies first thing in the morning during breakfast in the dining area.

Staff was nice, but all they could do was relocate us due to bugs in our room (tons of beetles)
Negatives:
Killed a hundred stink beetles, very worn out rooms, smelled of pet or dirty just smelled as soon as you walked in the room.

The breakfast plan was great but the execution wasnt horrible but could have been better. When we went through about 8:30 am. There no bacon and no biscuits for the sausage gravy. There wasnt any attendant around to ask so we didnt make a scene.

Location, close to hospital, restaurants
Negatives:
Booked room at 11:55pm after flying into Omaha and went straight to CHI Lakeside to see actively dying Father. Got to hotel around 4am and staff told us was marked as no show and charged for stay. Staff made us book another stay to check in.
