Positives: The location of the hotel was very good. The room itself was fairly quiet.
Negatives: Many details about our room and the hotel were looking rough. For example, the drapes in our room had dried paint splashes on them. Also, the hotel ran out of nearly all of their contintental breakfast items 90 minutes before the breakfast eneded.

Positives: Nothing special, but I had no complaints.
Negatives: They required a $100 "damage deposit" that I had no warning about. A cash damage deposit didn't make a positive impression about where I was staying!

Negatives: Would have liked to be able to open window to get fresh air. Room had a stale perfume smell maybe from previous guest. At least there was no overwhelming pot smoke smell like last room I stayed in- the windows opened in that room so I could air it out.

Negatives: Hotel is in a very shady area and does not feel safe. The room is very outdated and needs to be redone. The worst part of the stay was I woke up with three very large bug bites on my neck, chest and arm.
