The blinds didnt shut (were electric since it was a handicapped room) so we were kept awake all night by the outside lights.

The cleanliness and the kind staff.

It was somewhat noisy in the room. It was a sound much like an elevator moving or muffled air craft but we werent near the elevator or on the top floor so I couldnt figure out what it was.

Room we stayed has the issue with bathroom , water is clogged and its overflown . Someone came and fixed it and its still had same issue in the morning. We informed the staff but no one came to address it. All of us have to use the restroom downstairs

I was rudely woken up at eight in the morning on Sunday by the front desk staff letting me know she accidentally checked me out and she needed. My email. Did not even apologize for waking me up.
